MY THREE-STEP APPROACH TO PEAK PERFORMANCE TRAINING

After 15 years of research in my Psychology practice, I realized that combining Neurofeedback with these additional techniques, creates a powerful synergy that greatly enhances performance:

  1. Neurofeedback - The non-invasive, effortless sessions typically last 30 to 40 minutes and help the brain reorganize and self-correct.
  2. Mental Rehearsal - Immediately following a Neurofeedback session, which heightens receptivity, I introduce mental rehearsal. During this powerful visualization process a client imagines each step of their performance in
    detail with a positive outcome.
  3. Performance Coaching - Coaching optimizes performance by providing clients with an opportunity to identify, explore and resolve issues that may be
    impeding optimal functionality.

 

These approaches are combined to help clients take an in-depth look at how they perform. As clients gain a basic understanding of the obstacles affecting their performance, I introduce strategies to help eliminate each one. Clients report they are better prepared to overcome any issues that can negatively impact performance. As confidence increases so does the ability to consistently perform at a higher level.
